• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We retain transaction IDs and subscription status.

2.2 Trading Data

• Trading Journal: Trade entries you voluntarily record including pair, direction, entry/exit prices, lot size, P&L, emotions, and notes.
• Signal History: AI-generated trading signals you access, including timestamps and outcomes.
• Account Information: Broker account names and balances you voluntarily provide for tracking purposes.

2.3 Usage Data

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version.
• Usage Patterns: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction data.
• IP Address: Collected for security purposes (fraud prevention, rate limiting).

2.4 Third-Party Connections

• Telegram: If you connect Telegram, we store your Telegram chat ID to send signal alerts. We do not access your Telegram messages or contacts.

• To provide and maintain the Service, including AI-generated trading signals.
• To process your subscription and payments via Stripe.
• To send trading signal alerts via Telegram (only if you opt in).
• To personalise your experience based on your trading preferences.
• To generate performance analytics and trading reports.
• To improve our AI signal accuracy using aggregated, anonymised signal outcome data.
• To detect, prevent, and address security threats and abuse.
• To communicate service updates and important notices.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Telegram: Signal alert delivery (chat ID only). Subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
• AI Service Providers: We use third-party AI models (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) for signal analysis. Only market data is sent to these services — never your personal information.
• Market Data Providers: Twelve Data, Polymarket, FRED API for real-time market data. No personal data is shared.
• Law Enforcement: If required by law or to protect our legal rights.

• Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (MongoDB Atlas) with encryption at rest and in transit.
• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms (bcrypt).
• API communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
• We implement rate limiting, IP-based security, and login lockout protection.
• Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Trading Journal: Retained while your account is active. You can delete individual entries at any time.
• Signal History: Retained for up to 12 months for performance tracking.
• Usage Logs: Retained for 90 days for security and analytics purposes.
• Payment Records: Retained as required by financial regulations (typically 7 years).

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information via your account settings.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
• Export: Export your trading journal and reports in CSV format.
• Opt-Out: Disconnect Telegram alerts at any time. Unsubscribe from email communications.
